They discuss how to handle CHOI SUM. MING-HANG orders MEI-KUEN to seduce CHOI SUM. MEI-KUEN is hurt and orders him to leave. CHOI SUM puts forward a turnaround proposal to HK Brilliance committee members. He suggests MING-CHI take up the position of principal. Mrs. SHIH accuses MING-CHI of inciting Sister Tak to con her and asks committee members to consider carefully. YAU TIN and CHOI SUM bump into each other. They are determined to fight over control of HK Brilliance. MING-HANG accuses MING-CHI of using CHOI SUM in his attempt to cancel HK Brilliance merger plan. Voting result gives the go-ahead for Harris Norton and HK Brilliance merger. ICAC officers arrest MING-HANG. MING-CHI and CHUN-KEUNG ask around for some lawyer to defend MING-HANG……
